Specialist direction and collective work

(Amir) Hossein Yavari's contribution has focused on research and development, specialist direction and knowledge transfer. Expertise developed before the 2011–12 collaboration subsequently became a foundation for the company's solutions.

Security design, locally developed software, ImenMohr, security inks, authenticity systems, ImenGold and smart cards developed through this work. His participation in training programmes varied: lead trainer, one of several specialists, or company representative in exhibitions and side discussions.

Designers, technical staff, production teams and other colleagues turned ideas into products. Design, testing and continual refinement have been integral to this work, from the first prototype to a solution used in practice.

Without the collaboration of young, innovative and ethical teams, no major achievement would have reached maturity.
